Based on the latest report from Steno Research, Ethereum price is predicted to reach $6,500 by the end of this year. This prediction is based on estimates that net inflows from spot Ethereum ETFs will reach between 15 to 20 billion US dollars in the first 12 months.

Steno Research reports that the crypto market as a whole is too pessimistic regarding the upcoming launch of a spot Ethereum ETF in the US. Steno Research estimates net inflows could reach 20 billion US dollars in the first year, given Ethereum's attractive characteristics to Wall Street.

A report from Galaxy Research estimates that net inflows into spot Ethereum ETFs will reach 5 billion US dollars in the first 5 months, while Bitwise estimates inflows of 15 billion US dollars in the first 18 months.

Steno Research senior analyst Mads Eberhardt said that strong inflows into spot Ethereum ETFs plus other positive factors, will push Ethereum's value higher in dollar terms and also relative to Bitcoin. 

The report added that predicted net inflows of 15 to 20 billion US dollars in the first 12 months, even taking into account outflows from the Grayscale Ethereum Trust (ETHE), would push the value of Ether higher.

ETF Ethereum spot It is expected to be available for trading in the US soon after the SEC gave the green light to a filing from the issuer last month. Once the S-1 filing is approved, these new products will begin trading, which could happen as soon as next week according to reports.

If spot Ethereum ETF inflow estimates are correct, the Ether/Bitcoin (ETH/BTC) ratio is predicted to strengthen to 0.065 by the end of this year, according to Steno Research. 

The report also adds that smaller inflows into spot Ethereum ETFs compared to Bitcoin will have a greater impact on Ethereum due to its lower market capitalization and much poorer liquidity. 

Therefore, inflows into spot Ethereum ETFs are more likely to provide a positive surprise than a negative one.

The launch of a spot Ethereum ETF in the US market is expected to have a significant impact on the price of Ethereum and the crypto market as a whole. An Ethereum spot ETF will provide easier access for institutional and retail investors to invest in Ethereum without needing to hold crypto assets directly. This could potentially increase liquidity and demand for Ethereum, which would in turn drive the price higher.
